Dutch actor and photographer Meeno Peluce was born 54 years ago as Miro Fiore Peluce in Amsterdam, is married and has 2 daughters.
When he was a teen, Meeno attended university where he studied American literature. He became a child actor in 1977 at the age of 7, and his debut was starring in an episode of the famous action TV series ‘Starsky & Hutch’. For the rest of the 70s, he appeared in other series like ‘Kojak’ and ‘The Incredible Hulk’, two supernatural horror films, one of which was ‘The Amityville Horror’ as well had a regular role in the sitcom ‘The Bad News Bears’, in which he appeared in 26 episodes.
During the next decade, Meeno continued to act in numerous TV productions, particularly the 1982 sci-fi series ‘Voyagers!’, alongside Jon-Eric Hexum, in which he interpreted the character of Jeffrey Jones, a history genius. Other programmes he starred in are ‘The A-Team’, ‘Remington Steele’ and ‘Silver Spoons’.
Peluce also worked as a writer and director and has appeared in a music video of heavy metal band ‘Dio’. In the 90s, he was a high school history teacher and has also co-wrote/co-produced ‘Wild Horses’. In 2001, he was cast in the movie ‘Alex in Wonder’.
Apart from acting, Meeno is a professional photographer and has worked with big recording artists as well as national brands companies and also politicians. He has also published a book.
In 1983, Peluce was nominated for a Young Artist Award for his acting in ‘Voyagers!’ and ‘The Million Dollar Infield’.
