American actor Sean Harland Murray was born 47 years ago in Bethesda, Maryland, is separated and has 2 children.
When he was still a young kid, Sean wanted to be an actor. At 11 years old, he managed to get a role as an extra in the movie ‘My Blue Heaven’ alongside Steve Martin and Joan Cusack.
As a teenager and during his 20s, Sean starred mainly in TV movies and series such as ‘Backfield in Motion’, ‘Too Romantic’, ‘Hocus Pocus’, ‘ER’, ‘The Lottery’, ‘JAG’ and ‘Touched by an Angel’.
He is probably best known for being one of the main protagonists of the military/police drama ‘NCIS’, playing the character of Timothy McGee. Since May this year, Sean has become the longest starring cast member since he he had begun acting in it since the first season. This series has been running since 2003 till the present day with over 460 episodes.
The producer of this popular series, Donald P. Bellisario, happens to be Sean’s stepfather. Troian, his stepsister, also acted in ‘NCIS’ starring as his sister.
