American actress Gwyneth Kate Paltrow was born 50 years ago in Los Angeles, California, is married and has 2 children. She is also a singer, model, businesswoman and author.
After attending private school, she went to university to study art history, however, she left to start an acting career. She was influenced by her dad who was a film director and producer as well as her mum who was an actress.
‘High’ was the first movie Gwyneth acted in, directed by her father in 1989, and a year later performed in a theatre festival. During the rest of the 90s, Gwyneth starred in numerous films of different genres, namely ‘Shout’, Hook’, ‘Cruel Doubt’, ‘Deadly Intentions’, ‘Flesh and Bone’ and ‘Se7en’ alongside Brad Pitt, amongst others.
