Italian singer, actress and TV personality Arisa was born 42 years ago as Rosalba Pippa in Genoa, Liguria region and is presumably single.
In 1999, she participated in a music talent competition and succeeded in winning first prize. Ten years later, she competed in the famous San Remo yearly music festival and triumphed in the first place in the newcomers’ section with the track ‘Sincerita`’. She immediately rose to fame and released her debut album.
The following year, Arisa’s second album came out and in 2012 she once again participated in the SRMF and arrived second with the single ‘La Notte’, which also featured in her subsequent third album, plus topping the Italian charts.
Two years later, in 2014, she competed for the third time in the SRMF and again was a winner with the song ‘Controvento’. Since then, 3 more albums were issued. In all, Arisa had 7 studio and 1 live album, plus 2 compilations, 31 singles as lead artist and 7 singles as featured artist.
Apart from music, Arisa has voiced several animated movie characters and acted in a few others, as well as contested, judged and guest performed in numerous TV talent/music shows.
During her career so far, Arisa won 9 awards, including the ‘Mia Martini’ Newcomers’ Critics, Wind Music, Venice Music and Lunezia, amongst others.
