CELEBRITY BIRTHDAY TODAY... JASON BEGHE

American actor Jason Deneen Beghe was born 65 years ago in New York City, is divorced and has 3 children.

After finishing private secondary school, Jason went to college and graduated in 1982.  Afterwards, he went to Europe to work as a model.  His big screen debut was in 1985 when he starred in the movie ‘Compromising Positions’ alongside actress Susan Sarandon.  The following year, Beghe made his first TV appearance when he was cast in a recurring role in the sitcom ‘1st & Ten’.

Over the years, Jason starred in 13 more movies of different genres and voiced 2 animated movie characters.  Some of these include: ‘Thelma & Louise’, ‘G.I. Jane’, ‘Home Alone 4’, ‘The Next Three Days’ and ‘Superman: Unbound’.  He has also acted in over 80 TV series and films, both in some episodes as well as in recurring roles.  Amongst these there are: ‘Murder, She Wrote’, ‘Jake and the Fatman’, ‘Picket Fences’, ‘Full Eclipse’, ‘Matlock’, ‘Melrose Place’, ‘Good Company’, ‘Chicago Hope’, ‘To Have & to Hold’, ‘When Andrew Came Home’, ‘Everwood’, ‘Cane’, ‘Californication’, ‘Chicago Fire’, ‘Chicago Med’ and ‘Chicago Justice’.

On a personal note, Beghe is an ex-scientologist and is close friends to actor David Duchovny.  He is also known for his raspy voice which resulted from a car accident in the late 90s.
