On Saturday 10th February 2024 the grand finale of the 4th edition of X Factor Malta was held at the Malta Fairs & Conventions Centre, Ta’ Qali and was hosted by Ganni Zammit.
The four contestants that arrived to the final were Shanice, Lapes and Nadine, Amelia Kalabic and Richard, whilst this edition’s judges were Howard Keith Debono, Gianluca Bezzina, Amber Bondin and Ira Losco.
27-year old Richard Aquilina triumphed in this much-loved competition, receiving a trophy and a cash prize of Eur50,000. He enchanted the audience by passionately interpreting the track ‘Half a Man’, which he had originally sang during his first audition back in October. He continued his enthralling performance by singing ‘Broken Strings’ in duet with previous X Factor edition’s finalist, Lisa Gauci.
