American actor Paul William Walker IV was born on 12th September 1973 and passed away on 30th November 2013 and has a daughter.
After graduating from high school, Paul attended various colleges, specialising in marine biology. At just 2 years old, he appeared in a commercial for baby and toddler products and continued doing commercials until he was a teenager. Then, in 1984, he embarked on an acting career and through that decade starred in several TV series and sitcoms, continuing also in the early 90s. Walker became famous when in 1993 he was offered a role in the soap opera ‘The Young and the Restless’.
Paul debuted on the big screen in 1986 when he appeared in ‘Monster in the Closet’, and by the year 2000, he had starred in numerous movies of different genres like ‘Meet the Deedles’, ‘Pleasantville’, ‘She’s All That’ and ‘The Skulls’, amongst others.
Walker’s career breakthrough arrived in 2001 when he interpreted Brian O’Conner in the action movie ‘Fast and the Furious’ alongside Vin Diesel, who was one of his closest friends. He went on to star in all its 6 sequels, with the final movie he acted in being ‘Furious 7’, released in 2015, 2 years after his demise. Other significant films he starred in include ‘Joyride’, ‘Flags of our Fathers’, ‘Eight Below’ and ‘Takers’. He also established a film production company and modelled for a famous perfume brand. Four movies in which Paul starred in came out after his demise and he was supposed to star in another one, but he passed away before production started.
Walker founded a charitable institution which supports earthquake victims/survivors and personally visited affected countries and gave them the help they needed. He was also a car enthusiast and owned a collection of around 30 cars and once even took part in a race.
During his career, he won 2 MTV Movie Awards and a Teen Choice Award.
Paul died at the age of 40 on 30th November 2013 from injuries caused from car collision when he was a passenger in his friend’s car.
